As a committed local representative, Dan Norris works hard all year round to stay closely in touch with local concerns. In addition to his programme of twice-weekly surgeries, street stalls, coffee mornings and other events he carries out a range of surveys on various issues affecting the lives of the people he is proud to represent.

A selection of these surveys is included on this page to help enable you to have your say on issues affecting North East Somerset residents.

NEW - SHOULD B&NES PUT BATH THEATRE ROYAL FIRST WHEN SPENDING OUR COUNCIL TAX?

Tory-run B&NES wants to spend up to £100,000 of our council tax doing up the Bath Theatre Royal, while they plan huge cuts to vital services that North East Somerset people rely on. Do you agree that now is not the time for B&NES to spend money in this way? Please take part in my Quickpoll here (link opens in new window).

UPDATE: GOOD NEWS FOR RADSTOCK - NAT WEST BANK

The survey aimed at gathering local views on Nat West's planned closure of its Radstock branch is to be discontinued following the terrific news (28 January 2010) that bank bosses have now agreed to keep this branch open. Please use this link to find out more about what led to the bank's change of heart.

Some people have been raising concerns about the performance of our local councils. One idea that has been suggested is re-structuring Norton Radstock Town Council. Please take part in this short survey to give your views.

KRAFT TAKEOVER OF CADBURY'S
